What do you people make of this smallpox mania? I mean, there a zillion different viruses and chemical agents out there. Inoculation of the entire population against smallpox does not seem to be very effective, nor smart, especially considering the scary side effects of the vaccine in 1/10,000 people. If Saddam or some lunatic really wants to launch a biological attack, there is no way to know which one it will be.
