I am not sure Ken, but I believe they must have been counting the convertable in the shares outstanding on an as converted basis. On the subject of TI selling, I haven't been able to find record of what they have sold cumulative and how much they have left. I suspect that as long as they still hold shares, then there is a pent up selling pressure. Not to imply that they know anything we don't, just that the investment is probably not strategic to TI in any way... -tt
