Dave Re..The book is exceptionally weak, and is more a forum for Begala's ad hominem criticism than it is an interpretation of economic policy. Did you read the book, or is this coming from a review. The Democrats have begun to look particularly foolish with these personal attacks on Bush. It has renewed my faith in the American People that they seem to attracted to Bush's integrity and competence and able to ignore the lies and personal insults of the Democrat party. Other than Carville, Begala with his superior attitude, turns me off the most of all of Bills advisors; even more than Hillary. This guy still hasn't truthfully assessed the damage, he Carville and Bill did to the credibility of the dem. party. Clinton's true legacy may well be that foundation of the Democrat party began rapidly crumbling under his leadership. All we would need to finish it off would be Hillary running in '04, which may be what we're getting ready to see.. Wouldn't it be nice if she also hired Begala, and Carville to help her charm her way into our hearts. That way we could get rid of all of the pompous idiots at once.
