I doubt it would stay confined at the age of frequent flying. A person infected with smallpox can walk around for 3-4 days without even feeling it and then for some time if would feel like the flu. I suspect the minute it was known that a Biological attack was carried out on the US, all countries around the world would immediately quarantine the country... No one in, no one out...
