Evidently you had NOT seen the TV shoot live way back in 1969! I saw the live broadcast of the first moon landing in 1969. Something can appear to be "fluttering" for other reasons besides wind. A metal spring will "flutter" under the right conditions, and this is not from the wind. Looks like you don't know much science, eh? Are you a artsy-fartsy? Science can be quantified, art cannot. :) IC
