In re with the joint venture in Taiwan, did you know the plant would not produce any wafer before end 1998? Production is expected to ramp up big capacities only in 1999. That's a bit far away don't you think?

I'm also convinced the growth of SNDK (stock&company) is ahead, not behind but with a 110% rise in 20 days the stock is a little bit ahead of itself, a correction is needed, only after will a new rise be possible...on solid grounds! Of course that's just my own opinion. How much more do you really think the stock can go up without correcting? 10$, 20$ 50$, forever???

IMHO, sales is nothing for the price of a stock, it's earnings that count, and until now (for 9 months) SNDK has not proved nothing on this side. On the other hand it will need money to finance R&D and the joint-venture, $45 Mln is a lot of money for the company : 1/2 of the equity.

I am preparing a financial analysis of the company and looking at certain ratios I can tell you that at such a valuation the company is not returning much to its shareholders, in terms of cash flow it is quite intriguing...

I'll post it on the thread when finished.
