That's a little harsh but it is a valid point. Docs are influenced by big pharma and not necessarily for the better. However, most docs IMO want to do the right thing for their patients. The fact that docs don't want to pay for their own educational cost is a function of human nature and the greater financial difficulty for many MDs in an age of managed care.
