Harry Potter is my favorite for this year.............second to the Episode II of Star Wars which is my passion. Harry Potter is such an endearing series with incredible spirit of imagination shown by the author............truly endearing and touching yet imaginative and exciting. Rowlings is brilliant as a writer in my opinion. There has been outrage against Potter and LOTR in the Christian community.................I was just in Houston and many of the Christians were talking about it as something they wouldn't allow their kids to see. I told them proudly that I saw it on opening day and thought it was an endearing tale of good children overcoming evil..............they were unable to argue cause they didn't see it !! LOL..............in fact it is a tale of good against evil and any child old enough to separate fantasy from reality would be fine with viewing the movie.............it certainly isn't for very young kids but an over 10 chhld should be Ok by my standards ( I have to admit that I am progressive so please take that in mind!!! LOL) Pat
