Fonix, A small company on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board claimed to have extensive TTS and STT technology. At this point in time the only thing that Fonix has a achieved is an incredible amount of debt based upon an unproven technology. The company will cease to exist in the near future due to a lack of prudent management and company direction. OK...let me give you the long and short of the whole thing... Group (A) says to group (B) ...hey we have some damn goood technology... Group (B) says to Group (A) ...whats in it for me... Group A & B get together and form a partnership... All goes well ... well... until SMD get involved and then it all goes to heck. Group B, SMD, get involved and form a new business based on capital generation rather than intellectual proprietary technology advancement. Fonix has become a company that most of the investment community has come to hold with disgust. Fonix has not proven itself to have a marketable product and has relied upon last resort financing to continue operating. The company exists for the benefit of SMD corporation. Fonix has over promised and under delivered since inception. Fonix has hired and fired many investor relations directors in an attempt to cover up this decption. Fonix has misled and will mislead any potential investors in an attempt to procure finances. This just isn't a company you trust...and if it does go under in the near future, Someone has a little history.
