ever since the announcement yesterday, I have been wondering:

1. why would something this minor would even be news?

2. december 2004 is two whole years away, plus the usual 6 to 12 months minimum delays, we are talking about a lifetime.

3. docomo is supposed to have 6 million FOMA subs by March 2004, is that gone now?

4. so what is going to be AWE's plan between now and then? and what plan do they have for the rest of the country.

5. Cingular is already dead and AWE is throwing in the towel. It is a tragedy that we have VZ and cornbrains representing the cdma side. What would it take for these two to move in for the kill?
