How can you be so biased as to be unable to see this? There is simply no question where the blame for this problem lies, and trying to lay it off on Bush is a deflective tactic that isn't going to work.

I see an administration dominated by stupidity who openly states it wants to deal with NK diplomatically but labels the other party a member of the axis of evil without provocation and purpose, other than to intimidate its leadership. Well, they are not intimidated, and maybe prior adminstrations knew this fact. Ask South Koreans what they think of this policy.

By the way, ask them what they think of the US....(LOL at your prior post).
