It was the Oil and Gas Journal and it is about as good as it gets. You can do a search about K-Stan and get more info about what is going on. They cover just about the whole industry form geological to refining. Platt's is another that is good. API is another reliable organisation, but they are more production and forecasting. My point as been Faris, the only thing I found to date concerning AIPN is condensate and gas. Condensate, if in large quanity, can be better than oil.
