IMO, it is that type of reasoning that helped to put us in the position we are in now.

I do not pretend that promiscuity does not exist. Always has, always will while we are here on this earth, IMO. Endorsing it has never been a fix.

Reality is that people will do just about what you expect of them. Especially young folks. Lowering the bar just tells them you don't expect much, nor do you much care what diseases they get.

There is only ONE activity that is 100% effective and safe. It is called abstention. Any other way can and does cause pregnancy and/or disease.
