Kumar, the number is meaningless. I don't care how many hate us. What we need to find out is to find the ones that are actively trying to commit Terror acts, or support Terrorists, and

1) Destroy their Organization

2) Kill or imprison the Terrorists.

3) Do so in a manner that discourages them from trying again.

4) Keep repeating the above steps until they are finished.

We can't stop people from hating us, but we can make them fear us. And we can make sure they know there are serious consequences for actively opposing us.
