You are going to get me in trouble, asking that kind of question on this thread. And I didn't get the music=piper analogy.
Without mentioning any names, here are the my relevant numbers (now before anyone says anything about my intelligence, I will be in Jackson WY for the next 2 weeks - so I won't see the spears you throw at me) :^) - eps for 98e are now north of 4.00 American currency and inching up. Ballpark for growth say 30%; forward pe @23. I have no problem with any of the afore mentioned.

HSINCHU, Taiwan -- Vanguard International Semiconductor Corp. is the latest Taiwan chip maker to announce a massive wafer fab expansion plan.
Vanguard plans to build two new fabs in Hsinchu, but the supplier of 4- and 16-Mbit DRAMs did not disclose if it would set up 8-inch (200-mm) or 12-inch (300-mm) wafer fab lines. Hsinchu-based Vanguard also did not disclose a timetable for those new fabs.
Other Taiwan companies have announced massive fab expansion plans--for a total investment of more than $40 billion.
