PFE has another problem: They acquired PHA primarily for the cox-2-inhibitor franchise (Celebrex), and a recent study from yer back-YAHD (ie, Hahvahd) suggests that major GI bleeding episodes are just as frequent with Celebrex as with other, much cheaper alternatives.
