One thing's for sure, AMGN will not close above $50 at January expiration: finance.yahoo.com Other than that, the puts and calls are even all the way down to 42.50 strike in January. I think it hangs up near $50 until around expiration due to the 17,000 puts at strike 50, then it has permission to dump.
