So I managed to watch the last half hour of Louie Rukeyser tonight. I just love when that crusty old fart with his smug grin and attitude proclaiming bulls are enjoying an "early bird special of sliced bear"(last weeks show) sticks his foot in his mouth. So I went to MSNBC.com to do a little searching on his show. I find myself clicking on some "stock picks" And there is GE rates a 10(10 being the best) by stockscouter In the rating summary they have under the "positives" • Two or more executives, directors or major shareholders – including one high-level executive -- purchased a large number of shares recently.
