He most certainly DID NOT contain NK. We get down the road 8 years and find that NK has been taking our payola AND building nukes at the same time.

NK is restarting their reactors NOW...on Bush's watch and in response to his aggressive comments. Bush inherited a sleeping dog and now he has awakened it. I hear he is going to ask the UN deal with this one. Hey, I thought the UN was irrelevant?
