Saw on the national news last night that not only is the govt. discouraging excess oil consumption they are encouraging it. Seems there's a little loophole which allowed the big suv's Land cruisers, humv's etc. to be classified as a lt. truck and the govt. in effect pays for 25% of the cost through tax credits!
