Yes,Toby is selling..probably tax loss selling to put against gains for tax year 99...only Toby knows for sure..will be watching his insider trading in Jan/03..Alvina Leung is shown as an insider buying 69,712 shares..not sure where she fits in with the company...CPT has bought back a total of 68,000 to Jan/20 with about 700,000 to go if they choose.It would be nice to see more of the listed insiders buying including new members of consulting group. gg
