Wow. That can't be determined in the open market. Nobody would ever buy an ADR, with that sort of risk inherent. What do you mean?

OK, so there's a direct BNY-B-Trade link. Could that mean that the "sponsor" has held the majority of ADRs all this time, taking a monstrous hit? I don't understand this stuff.
