the one to start the inflammatory contrasting I don't know who started it, but you are continuing to do it in almost every post. We payoff all the time.... Pakistan, Qatar, Israel etc We don't payoff to keep these countries from attacking us. We have only been paying off North Korea for this purpose. It is called "Appeasement." Understandable, if it works. The problem this time is we payed off to stop the manufacture of Atomic Weapons, and they went ahead with them anyway. So what do we do now? We have proof that paying them off doesn't work. is a desire to give peace a chance...not enough talk about Peace. Use the BUlly Pulpit, etc. How??? Those fatuous statements reminds me of the slogans on the cars in LA during the "Hippy '60s", "Pray for Whirled Peas."
