Foreign Policy conflict that exits between North Korea and Iraq.

Dammit, Rascal, there is no conflict! We have one nation with the bomb, and one without! Of course we treat them differently.

We stopped sending aid to North Korea after they went back to work on the bomb. And it turned out that Bush was right to call them part of the "Axis of Evil" after all. They were taking our money and building a bomb anyway. He was right, and the Left who giggled at the statement were wrong.
