Ted Red...Re..You are wasting bandwidth. I had thought we both agreed that while the US may be the biggest giver of aid, its done in such a way that we don't seem to reap the amount of goodwill commensurate with the amount of aid we provide. Read the damn question. Just answer the question. I agreed we don't reap the same amount of goodwill. How does that say or imply in any way shape or form, that I felt Sen Murray was being unpatriotic?
