Don't forget that NK is currently building missles with a 4,000 mile range, and there is every reason to anticipate that the range will continue to increase over time. The current administration MUST take action to undo the damage of the previous 8 years; else, there is nobody to defend our interests. What do you think would be the reaction to NK if they nuked us, or even Japan or SK? Do you not know the theory behind the story of the 99 monkeys; that once an idea has been formed in the world and brought to fruition, its only a matter of time before a critical mass is reached and the whole world knows what the new idea is and how to make it reality. Once the US invented the atomic bomb and used it to fight a dangerous enemy, it was only a matter of time before the rest of the world got its hands on one. No one is to blame but rest assured, you or Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney can not stop progress. The goal can not be to stop nuclear proliferation by shoving compliance down everyone's throat.....its too late for that. We must get voluntary compliance and then pray that the fear of a nuclear winter will keep those nukes under lock and key where they belong. Going around bashing heads only serves to stir the pot of unrest. Most of the world understands this concept......I can only wonder when the American conservative will catch up with the rest of us........and give up on this terminator type of heroism. ted
