My thought is Eagles defense played at hyper intensity for 5 weeks and came into this game playing on an empty tank.
i feel this 2 week bye is all the defense needs to refuel
Plus McNabb will have two weeks to get in shape.
I saw several situations today where McNabb would have just tucked and run for big big gains--as only McNabb and Vick can do.
