It's not about being heaquartered in Bermuda. It's about making your money as an American citizen and then not reporting the income. That's illegal. Just because the tax havens wont cooperate doesn't make it legal or ethical. And when the GOP is forced to defend tax cheats you know they've really lost their patriotic souls.
