Clinton and Bush both failed on Bin Lauden. Clinton tried but missed. There were reasons why they couldn't pull off the Sudan deal. I can't remember the details but yes Clinton failed too. I never defended Clinton on terrorism. So neither should you defend Bush. And at least Clinton send a bunch of Cruise Missiles at Osama. It was all he could do at the same as we had no air bases to use near Afghanistan. There was a Pakistani assassination team being trained by the Clintonites which was scheduled to go in and kill Osama. Then Clinton left office. I don't know what if anything Bushies did after that. Reportedly, they threw out any programs Clinton started, thereby killing any chance to Bin Lauden. Much of this will come out in the 9-11 report. We hope. Can never happen again. And why of why did the entire Bin lauden family in Boston get spirited out of the country on 9-11 without even interrogation? Why oh why? Something to do with Bush's Saudi business ties? We'll see. Someone sure screwed up badly though.
