There are stories coming out Bush told the CIA hands-off the Bin Laudens prior to 9-11, as well as the royal Saudi family who are Bush friends and allies. However, I'm sure Bushb would love to catch Bin Lauden. Unfortunately, he hasn't. They had him but he got away. Probably with the help of Saudi money and elements within our "friends" the Pakistani government.
