Do have your hubby take it...most guys think it is interesting, especially the formal test....We are exactly the same...BUT on the last one, he is a 40 (I think the number was...the highest, and I was a 1 (the lowest) ....The man on the MB Board laughed, and so did my employees....they knew both of us...In comparison, I was like a "lilly of the valley" up against a hurricane blowing down the mountains....is how he put it. My employees said privately to the director that I was strong, could be opinionated, but fair, but in comparison to my partner, I was quite mild....LOLOL!
