BBM, I was merely being gallant and defending Zonder [if there's a fight going on, I might as well be in it - especially when a lady is being treated in an unseemly manner], so, who started it is a little opaque. How far back in time does one go? Should we go back a couple of thousand years as seems popular in the middle east, or just several hundred as in Kosovo, or to last week, or what?
