Christmas was fun but as usual I am glad it's over. This year I had to change my menu cause the storms stopped much of the crab gathering off the coast. I cooked prime rib and an Italian tripe stew ( that probably doesn't sound good to people other than Italians ) and it turned out quite nicely. We also had salad and lasagna so it was rather easy compared to the bouillabaisse. My husband thought it was wonderful...............he loved it so I guess it was a success. The prime rib came out fabulously.............I cooked it on a rotisserie and packed it heavy with salt.........it was killer. How was your Christmas? Are you getting alot of rain up there? We are pretty soggy down here in Ca.!!
