Let's see.... do we attach the guy who has the nukes and is threatening us, or do we go after the guy who is an easier mark? It's obvious, pick on the weaker opponent. The world (outside the U.S.) knows that Osama Bin Laden got dropped as U.S. enemy numero uno for a sexier (and easier and more lootable) target. At least once the pipeline through Afghanistan got its special garrisons provided for. Kim must be finding it terribly amusing to be tweaking the New World Odor that Bush is trying to create. All in a day's work for an Axis of Evil chess player, I reckon.
