it's 53 as per Q3, growing lately at 25% annually (ref Doug Noland). Of course it would be fairer to talk after-netting numbers, but even if they're just 15% of the notional amount, it's HUGE. And it's 80%+ in interests, so the question of course must come up (and I dont have the answer) "who's swapping whom?"
