I think you missed the point the USA is a free society, well about as free as you can get.....

Here is what I said......" With all due respect I think there is a big big difference between a foreigner mingling in US society and a foreigner mingling with society in saudi arabia. In the USA a foreigner can dress as they please, females can drive cars and they can wear what they please and no one cares what religion you are, freedom of religion exists there.".....

So for your saudian arabian Lady ( which you are not ) she can wear whatever she wants. There are no religious laws requiring her to wear shorts and a T-shirt in the summer there are no laws regarding how she dresses at all, that is for her to decide. So for her to mingle she can dress any way she pleases. Is saudi arabia like this?
