Honestly, I have no idea what a downgrade would do. Because there is nothing wrong with the company, the only reason I would see for a downgrade would be the high price. Im not too familiar with too many downgrades happening because of price, but thats not to say it cant happen. Of course in the short run there would be some selling, but over the long run I cant see many investors staying away from Dell so long as they continue to perform as well as they have been.
