Ted Re..Read the damn question. Just answer the question. I agreed we don't reap the same amount of goodwill. How does that say or imply in any way shape or form, that I felt Sen Murray was being unpatriotic?
Here's one of probably several examples. You start by saying that you didn't think she was unpatriotic but then by the end of the paragraph you imply she is unpatriotic....
Hmmm. Interesting accusation . I assume you looked at all of the posts I made on the subject and could only come up with this one part of one post, which I highlighted in the next paragraph. Lets take a look at that statement. You posted to this statement from one of my earlier posts; in which you see, I am replying to earlier accusations by you that I called her unpatriotic.
>"I think she twisted the facts to suit her purpose. I didn't say she was unpatriotic. That said, just how patriotic is someone who twists the facts so she can be reelected or further her agenda. To go to war or not to go to war should be decided on facts, not on a bunch of lies."
I assume your are talking about the line. That said, just how patriotic is someone who twists the facts so she can be reelected or further her agenda.
However, look at that line. In it I ask you just how patriotic is someone etc. I did not answer that question at all. It was you who answered it by saying that that line stated I thought Murray was unpatriotic. That question I posed ,neither stated or implied any such thing; as I clearly say patriotic not unpatriotic. You could easily have said, how much a senator lies says nothing about her being patriotic. You are the one who decided the obvious answer I was seeking was she was being unpatriotic; and decided to accuse me of it.
Its clear you have a difference of opinion with Ms. Murray; however, it is unclear to me as one of her constituents how you can misconstrue what she said and determine that Ms. Murray's patriotism is in question.
Hey, you said it, not me. You accused me before I posted that line of saying she was being unpatriotic, and after I posted it. I doubt if this post will change your mind, but to the rest of the readers, Dave, Steve, Alighieri, Rob etc. they will see the truth no matter how you try to spin it. That said, the dems better decide that if a die hard liberal such as you concludes her acts might be unpatriotic, when asked a question, what will her opponent in the next election think. |
