Look I don't have time to research all the bum decisions of the 9th circuit court.

I didn't ask you to research all the decisions of the 9th circuit court. I asked you on the recent decision of the Court where there was an error in logic. You neither know any decisions of the 9th circuit court, nor do you appear to have any knowledge of the opinion of the Court in their decision on the 2nd.

That's an informed conservative. Much like an earlier conservative that was ignorant of the protectionist policies of the Bush Administration.

Ignorance is the key to having a conservative opinion. Rush has to tell you what to believe.
