Victor Cha, a buddy of mine who knows a lot about Korea and who had a piece in FA on the subject last spring, had an op-ed today in the NYTimes (probably already posted) that laid out a sophisticated defense of an anti-Clintonian position. As I mentioned, I gather there will be another Korea piece in FA next issue that should take a different (more Clintonian, you might say) stance, also from folks who know a lot. Me, as I've said before, and as Carranza seemed to like<g>, I'm staying out of this one, 'cause I know squat about which specific tactics are most likely to achieve the generally desired results...
