Martian Designers Work on Skycar(R) Next Generation Vertical Takeoff and
Landing Aircraft Manufacturer Teams With Noted NASA Consultants

DAVIS, Calif., Dec 13, 2002 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Moller
International (OTC Bulletin Board: MLER) and Analytical Mechanics Associates,
Inc. (AMA, Inc.) announced today that they have signed an agreement to work
together to develop the production version of the Skycar(R), Moller
International's revolutionary new vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.

The latest Moller M400 Skycar(R) will incorporate several new features gained
from experience with the current prototype and wind tunnel testing that are
anticipated to increase fuel economy and make it possible for the aircraft to be
driven on city streets to or from a suitable takeoff or landing area. AMA Inc.
has been selected to assist Moller International in the optimization of the
Skycar's structural and aerodynamic characteristics and to help define
large-scale production techniques for the aircraft. AMA, a Hampton, VA firm with
offices in California and Alabama, has served the aeronautics community since
1962 providing control systems, mathematical modeling and performance
simulations for vehicle design and use. Their work has contributed to numerous
NASA missions such as the Hyper-X, International Space Station, Mars Precision
Lander, Mars Pathfinder, Mars Airplane, Mars Exploration Rover and currently,
the Mars Odyssey mission.

About Moller: Moller International was formed in 1983 and is the developer of
the roadable Skycar(R), a four-person Vertical Takeoff and Landing Aircraft
currently undergoing initial flight-testing. The Skycar(R) has the ability to
provide an airborne alternative to 85% of the miles now traveled by automobiles.

About AMA, Inc.: Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc., provides engineering and
business information solutions for government and commercial clients. AMA has
served as key developer of the Advanced Engineering Environment (AEE), for NASA
centers nationwide. The AEE provides state-of-the-art collaborative engineering
analysis and project management capabilities, available globally via the
Internet. Researchers can examine vehicle design and performance characteristics
and effectively accomplish next-generation design solutions.
