This can't be accurate. Trading volume is 1/3 of peak. And there is no way that I know of to prove this, but my sense is that individuals are completely gone and the remaining 1/3 that are left are the institutions who have always been in the mkt. So, for individual investing, trading volume is probably down more like 90%.
