Don't debate it; simply stop posting something that isn't true. Look, for every article you can show me taking issue with it, I can show you one making the assertion. I don't care. I can only say that in the absence of evidence to the contrary, the figures cited prior to the Gulf War are as useful as any. The fact that the body bags didn't come home has caused a great deal of revisionism, and I don't know who is right. It doesn't matter.
