Re: Market Cap + Debt divided by cash flow, instead of P/E.

This is new to me. How does this pan out across differing sectors? Since high tech companies are generally debt free, wouldn't they have to be viewed quite differently from, say, a defense contractor or an merchant power company which carries a lot of debt?

Do you have any handy examples where this has been useful?
