This is clearly disappointing for the near term. Glad I waited until after the earnings news before buying more. I still believe there is a great opportunity here. Hopefully, after September... Micro sees near term growth slowing MILPITAS, Calif., July 24 (Reuter) - California Micro Devices Corp Thursday forecast a slowdown in sequental growth for the September quarter despite what it called strong orders in early July. ``Although we continue to get significant new design wins, production in volume by some of our customers is not expected until the latter part of the September quarter,'' the company said in a statement. ``We don't expect the same level of sequential growth in the current quarter ending September 30. Earlier, the company reported a net profit of $0.01 per share versus a profit of $0.03 per share one year ago. California Micro Devices also said it expects technology revenue from a joint venture with Hitachi to be at lower levels than in previous years, as that company has reduced the number of joint programs. California Micro Devices makes high technology products for the electronics industry including integrated thin film, silicon based termination and filter components and electronic circuitry. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
