I also found the taxes were about 30% less across the board in ID than CA, except for real estate taxes which were probably about the same. My son-in-law moved his family here from CA and increased the house square footage by 36% and paid 1/2 the price for the house that he sold for in CA.

Now we need a decent market day during the last 2 days of window dressing.
