Now if Iraq turns around and decides to weaponize samples provided for the purpose of medical research, is that the fault of the US..

What medical research were US authorities thinking of, I wonder, when they shipped Bacillus Anthracis, Clostridium Botulinum, or VX nerve gas to Iraq.

These are not exactly pesticides. They kill people. They are biological and chemical weapons. What research could they be thinking of, really?
