OT - Ya touched on THE most important rule for dealin' with gains: Pay the taxman first! I could tell ya a few related nightmare stories about folks who forgot that rule when they were sellin' out partials on their skyrocketin' options durin' da bubble and ended up with the bulk of their holdin's totallin' less than they owed in taxes when da end of da year rolled 'round. It was truly sad.
