PFCB - I have puts - not worth selling now.. will hold, hoping for some negative event to exit.

P. F. Chang's does mostly overpriced Chinese food in a nice resturant setting, frequently with valet parking. Customers tend to be yuppies and singles.

I did not understand much of the appeal, since in Northern California we have many very good and less expensive Chinese
resturants. I think a lot of the appeal is it is like the "Mexican" resturant chains, like Chevy's, Del Taco, etc.
It's comforting, not threatening or confusing. Also the decor says "up-scale" but casual, so you can be comfortable without a suit.
