To all: Yesterday I talked with The FCC's IVDS expert. He made a statement that the IVDS frequency was "PRIME SPECTRUM REAL ESTATE." Because of the lack of commercial application of IVDS, the FCC can't view the auction of the licences as a success ... yet, but, they expect to. I was encouraged talking with this gentleman; IVDS is very real! As we all know, the low cost provider in any industry enjoys a competitive advantage - for wireless data transmission, Wincom should be in the prime position to enjoy that advantage! Good luck to us all, we just have to hang in there.
